Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled EEG Technologist to join a Neuro Diagnostics team within a large teaching hospital. This role involves performing electroencephalography (EEG) studies and supporting the diagnosis and monitoring of neurological conditions in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine, portable, continuous, and specialized EEG studies.
- Prepare patients for testing and explain procedures.
- Apply electrodes and ensure proper signal acquisition and recording quality.
- Monitor patients during EEG procedures and document relevant clinical observations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with neurologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Requirements
- EEG Technologist experience required
- Strong understanding of neurodiagnostic testing and EEG procedures
- Ability to work independently in an acute care environment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Experience with Epic preferred
