• Shift / Schedule: Night Shift 3x12 Hours, 6:30 PM 7:00 AM; Fridays extend into Saturday morning

Job Summary

This is a Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech (Allied) travel/contract opportunity in the Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics profession at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Medford, OR. The position is a night shift role requiring weekend availability, as Friday night shifts extend into Saturday morning. Block schedules are required, and the expected patient ratio is 2:1.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform polysomnography and sleep diagnostic studies on patients
• Work night shifts (6:30 PM 7:00 AM) on a 3x12-hour schedule
• Adhere to block schedule requirements as assigned
• Maintain a 2:1 patient ratio
• Document and chart using the Epic electronic health records system
• Work weekends as required (Friday night shift extending into Saturday morning)

Education Requirements

• Oregon (OR) State License in hand is required (MUST HAVE OR LIC IN HAND)
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or equivalent certification required per position specifications

Required Skills

• Polysomnography and sleep diagnostics proficiency
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend schedules
• Ability to maintain a 2:1 patient ratio in a sleep/neuro diagnostics setting

• This is a BLOCK FIRST TIMER position license required (Oregon license must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted)
