Job Summary

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)$15,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! (Current MGB employees not eligible)Join a collaborative, patient-focused team providing advanced respiratory care in a leading academic medical center. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you'll care for patients across critical care, emergency, inpatient, and procedural settings while working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.What You'll DoProvide respiratory treatments and advanced airway managementInitiate and manage mechanical ventilationRespond to respiratory emergencies and code situationsAssess patient conditions and develop treatment recommendationsTransport and care for critically ill, mechanically ventilated patientsEducate patients, families, and respiratory therapy studentsParticipate in clinical education, quality initiatives, and professional development

Required

Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license

RRT credential (or obtain within 6 months of hire)

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Critical care experience

ECMO experience strongly preferred
