- Pay & Benefits:
- Pay per completed service (ranges from $5 to $100 per service/setup)
- Mileage reimbursement for travel using personal vehicle

What Youll Do:
- Provide respiratory therapy services including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and patient education
- Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups at home per physician orders
- Manage advanced respiratory devices such as ventilators and oxygen systems
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of respiratory equipment
- Document services accurately and timely
- Communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient status and progress
- Support patient adherence to prescribed therapies and educate caregivers
What You Need:
- Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong patient communication and troubleshooting skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience in respiratory therapy, home healthcare, or DME preferred
- Reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, Arkansas
