• Pay Range: $62,400 – $79,040 per year
• Bonuses: $4,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 180 days)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and evaluations
• Set up and troubleshoot ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment
• Provide patient education on respiratory devices and prescribed therapies
• Monitor and adjust respiratory equipment following physician orders
• Perform VA oxygen setups and related respiratory services
• Offer ongoing support and follow-up to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in after-hours call coverage for urgent patient needs
• Help train and onboard new clinical team members

What You Need

• Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum one year of clinical respiratory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with travel and autonomous work in a rural setting
• Physical capability to lift and set up equipment up to 65 lbs
• Willing to obtain a Missouri or Arkansas license if not already licensed within 30 days
