The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are looking to hire compassionate and patient -focused Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapists within their Nuclear Medicine and Respiratory Care teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

In this role, you'll provide essential respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services across acute and outpatient settings while delivering exceptional, patient -centered care.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Schedule: Full -Time | Days | 8 -Hour shifts available <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen, aerosol, high -humidity, and ventilator support<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform arterial punctures and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct pulmonary function testing and EKGs<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with chest physiotherapy and emergency respiratory interventions, including CPR<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support long -term ventilation management and critical care patients<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Accurately document treatments and patient responses in medical records<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with stress testing procedures alongside Nuclear Medicine and Nursing teams<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Serve as a clinical resource for respiratory care best practices<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards<\/span><\/span>

    What We Are Looking For <\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • CRT or RRT credential required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Active state licensure (or eligibility) required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Acute care or hospital experience preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to respond effectively in emergency and critical care situations<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
