Description: The daily patient care-related functions. Any individual responsibilities delegated from the Director/ Supervisors. Provide the care needed as described in the facility’s policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• CRT or RRT credentialed (CRT $33.02/hr.-$47.76/hr.) (RRT $34.20/hr.-$50.16/hr.)
• Current NJ licensure in Respiratory Care.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (only AHA or ARC are accepted; certification must include cognitive and skills training).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Hours: 

Full-Time Weekdays (No Weekends), 36 hrs./week, 3 x 12 hr. shifts, 7AM-7PM, Mon.-Fri.

Final compensation will be determined based on credentials, experience, and internal equity. 

**Sign-on Bonus details:

• Sign-on bonus is paid in installments beginning at 90 days, with additional payments made through 30 months of employment
  • $10,000 for Weekday positions
