The facility provides a broad scope of care including cardiovascular services, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery.

The role. The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining both routine and non-routine respiratory therapies and equipment — including oxygen, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilators — in accordance with physician orders and generally accepted respiratory care practice. The therapist must communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff, conduct patient assessments and reassessments, and provide instruction to patients and others as needed. Recognizing and reporting suspected abuse or neglect is also a defined expectation of the role.
