Responsibilities:A professional Respiratory Therapist/Technician who under the supervision of a Manager of Respiratory and Ancillary Services, the general supervision of the Director of Respiratory and Ancillary Services, or a physician performs technical and non-technical duties and tasks which are necessary for the delivery of respiratory services.

The compensation range for the role is $41.35- $47.54 (certified) and $46.17-$58.48 (registered) + $2/PDM Rate factor hourly.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved school in Respiratory Care.
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner preferred. Intubation procedures and Arterial line insertion preferred – requires annual training and competency if intubation and arterial line insertion is part of job function.
Required Certification/Registration:
Physical Requirements: Position will primarily be light work requiring lifting up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasional bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling and reaching is required. Requires 20% sitting and 80% standing or walking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by spoken word is required.
