SUMMARY OF POSITION

Leads and participates in the day-to-day activities of the Respiratory Services Department and monitors the general activities of its satellites. Monitors evaluates and coaches Registered Respiratory Therapists daily performance and productivity. Adjusts staffing levels accordingly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist by the state of employment required
  • AHA BLS
  • Two years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP
  • One Active Specialty Credential (NPS, ACCS, C-NPT, AE-C, C-PFT, PALS, or NRP)
