The Lead Respiratory Therapist will provide staff with a clinical managerial resource and serve as a mentor. They will assist management with assigned tasks and assist with the daily functions and duties of the Respiratory Department as well as assisting with pulmonary procedures and the daily functions of the bronch team.

Graduate of an approved associate degree program in Respiratory Care
License
Certification
RCP (State of Wisconsin licensure)
Registered Respiratory Therapy credential
CPR certification
Experience
2 years of direct patient care experience in a large critical care facility
NICU knowledge and experience
Other
Excellent Communication and organizational skills
Advanced computer skills
