Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Location: Great Falls, MT
Salary Range: $28.14 - $45.75 hourly
Experience Required: New grads welcome!
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Bonus: Up to $7,500 (varies based on mileage)
Rate Differentials: +$2 for night and weekend shifts (pending on-call differentials)

Position Notes: Candidates will be working in a brand new facility with low patient ratios.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Respiratory Therapist. As a Respiratory Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include providing respiratory care, managing ventilators, and collaborating with healthcare teams. You will ensure the safe and efficient use of respiratory therapy equipment and provide patient education regarding respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Montana
