• Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (3x12 Hours), 7:00 AM 7:30 PM

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Allied Health opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in NICU within a high-acuity clinical setting. The therapist will work within the RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with PEDS patients, and may float to Shaker Children's Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with PEDS patients.
• May float to Shaker Children's Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU.
• Work 3x12s or 4x12s schedule.

Required Skills

• Minimum two years of experience required.
• Must have experience in PEDS, PICU, and NICU (high level care, Level 4).

Education Requirements

• NBRC certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required.
• Ohio RRT license required must be in hand at time of submission.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• High-acuity neonatal and pediatric intensive care environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
• Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).

Important Notes

• All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission AND interview.
• Travelers will need to complete TWO fingerprintings: one is required ONSITE for facility requirements immediately, prior to start; the second is completed through the agency.
• All work history, including any travel positions, must be included in the candidate profile.
• All copies of required certifications must be provided at time of submission.
