Respiratory Therapist, Nights or Weekends

We are currently recruiting for Respiratory Therapists to join our skilled Respiratory Team in Voorhees, NJ.

Full Time Nights | Part Time Weekends | $7,500-$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About Us: Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) is a Nationally recognized Pediatric Specialty Care center for Medically Fragile Children/Adolescents/Young Adults that offers 119 in-patient beds and the largest freestanding pediatric ventilator program in the country. VPF continues to be recognized as a leader in pediatric healthcare, and in 2013 VPF received the highest accreditation awarded by The Joint Commission. In addition, VPF has expanded to include The Bancroft School at Voorhees Pediatric Facility, Voorhees Pediatric Facility Medical Daycare, and Voorhees Pediatric Rehabilitation Services (VPRS). Position Requirements:

• CRT or RRT credential
• Current NJ licensure in Respiratory Care.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (AHA or ARC only.)
• Previous Pediatric Healthcare experience, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Hours: Multiple Shifts Available:

Full-Time Weeknights (No Weekends), 36 hrs./week, 3 x 12 hr. shifts, 7PM-7AM, Mon.-Fri.

Weekends Only-Days, 24 hrs./week, 2 x 12 hr. shifts, 7AM-7PM, Sat.-Sun.

Weekends Only-Nights, 24 hrs./week, 2 x 12 hr. shifts, 7PM-7AM, Sat.-Sun.

Compensation: Hourly rate is determined by certification and education.

• CRT: $33.02-$47.76/ hour
• RRT: $34.20-$50.16/ hour
• Sign-on bonus is paid in installments beginning at 90 days, with additional payments made through 30 months of employment
  • $10,000 for Weekday positions
  • $7,500 for Weekend positions

Final compensation will be determined based on credentials, experience, and internal equity.
