Responsibilities
Provide direct respiratory care and therapy to patients per physician orders.
Assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and optimize patient care.
Monitor and manage therapy pipelines to forecast demand and resource needs.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
Operate and calibrate respiratory therapy equipment and devices.
Document patient progress and therapy outcomes in medical records.
Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices.
Support on-site operations by scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing patient caseload.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and contribute to team goals.
Educate patients and families on therapy plans, home care, and safety.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to meet performance targets.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active license
Provide direct respiratory care per physician orders and protocols
Assess respiratory status; tailor therapies and monitor outcomes
Infection control, safety compliance, and standard precautions
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot RT equipment safely
Document progress and outcomes in electronic medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care plans
Manage therapy pipelines; forecast demand and resource needs
Participate in continuing education; stay current with best practices
On-site scheduling and prioritization of patient caseload
Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home care
Identify process improvement opportunities to meet targets
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and team goals
On-site presence; ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
Adaptability to a growth-oriented, merit-based environment
