What Youll Do:
Conduct in-home assessments and provide education on respiratory therapy devices
Set up and monitor respiratory equipment, including ventilators, PAP, oxygen, and infant monitors
Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and patient needs
Support patients and caregivers with troubleshooting and therapy compliance
Document patient interactions accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need:
Valid Arkansas Respiratory Therapy license
Active CRT or RRT credential
Ability to work independently and travel within a 2-hour radius of Searcy, AR
Strong communication and patient education skills
Personal vehicle for patient visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
Preferred but not Required:
Experience with home respiratory systems, ventilators, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of EMR systems and respiratory equipment
Prior home healthcare experience
About the Assignment:
This role focuses on providing bedside respiratory care and education to patients in their homes within the Searcy, AR area. You will assess respiratory needs, set up and troubleshoot equipment, and support patients and caregivers with ongoing therapy management.
