Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $35.00–$38.00 + per diem (if applicable)
  • Pay package discussed upon application
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days & $2,000 after 180 days
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home respiratory assessments for patients
  • Educate patients and families on equipment use and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor equipment function and adjust therapy as needed
  • Assist in patient care documentation and reporting
  • Travel within Northern Arizona, with potential for up to 3-hour commutes
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and PPE protocols

What You Need
Required:
  • Active licensure as RRT/CRT or RN in Arizona
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift and handle patient equipment (minimum 65 lbs)
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:
  • Experience in home respiratory care or healthcare setting
  • Completion of accredited respiratory or nursing programs
  • 1+ year relevant clinical experience
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
