Pay & Benefits
Hourly pay: $35.00 (plus applicable per diem)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days

Manage respiratory devices including BiPAP, NIV, and oxygen therapy
Monitor and ensure proper equipment functioning and patient safety
Provide after-hours support for complex cases as part of on-call duties
Maintain compliance with OSHA and PPE protocols
What You Need
Required: Active RRT, CRT, RC, or RN license; high school diploma or GED
Preferred: 1+ year home healthcare, respiratory therapy, or DME experience; degree in related field
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement available
Background check and drug screening required
Commitment to safety standards and patient confidentiality
