• Experience: Prior respiratory or home health experience preferred; strong clinical assessment skills required

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide equipment education in-office
• Set up and maintain CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilator equipment
• Monitor respiratory devices for proper function and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in the care and education of patients on respiratory therapy equipment
• Communicate findings and updates to physicians and healthcare teams
• Document all procedures accurately and promptly
• Support patient safety and comfort during equipment handling and setup

What You Need

• Active Minnesota licensure (RRT, CRT, or RN)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
• Preferred: Experience with respiratory equipment and home health care; degree in respiratory therapy or related science; one year of related work
