Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $5.00 to $100.00 per completed service or patient setup
• Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement for approved travel using personal vehicle
• Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; mileage reimbursement provided for business travel

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and evaluate patient needs
• Educate patients and families on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Set up and troubleshoot ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP therapy, and infant monitors
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings per physician orders and patient needs
• Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Assist with orientation and training of new team members

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RRT license
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with hospital respiratory therapy is strongly preferred
• Preferred:
  • Home healthcare or DME experience
  • Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience
  • Familiarity with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and build trust with patients and caregivers
