Respiratory Therapist

Hourly pay range: $35.07 min - $50.85 max

Under the direction of the Cardiopulmonary Director and Supervisor of Cardiopulmonary performs therapy directed towards the treatment and normalization of patients, ranging from Neonatal to Geriatrics, with abnormalities or deficiencies of the pulmonary system. Performs diagnostic procedures within the Cardiopulmonary Service.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

1. Completion of Respiratory Therapy program as indicated by diploma or official transcripts if performing arterial blood gas draws and sampling.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

1. Currently licensed by the State of California as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
2. Current basic BLS certification.
3. NRP required if assigned to NICU.
4. Current valid driver’s license and auto insurance if assigned to SNF.
5. NBRC RRT required.
