• Education Requirements: Valid Respiratory Therapy license or certification issued by the state of Wisconsin or an equivalent credential.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, CRT or RRT certifications.

• Operate and monitor advanced ventilators and respiratory support equipment such as AVEA, Servo U, and parapack vents, ensuring patient safety and optimal support.
• Assess patient needs, perform ABGs, and execute ventilator management, including intubation, extubation, and weaning processes.
• Document patient care and ventilator settings accurately within the EPIC charting system; maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and standards.
