Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $40 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
• Additional Compensation: $4,000 sign-on bonus (external candidates), paid in installments ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home respiratory care and support to patients in Mount Arlington and surrounding communities
• Travel daily within the service area using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and education
• Respond to occasional after-hours calls from the After-Hours Call Center or branch manager
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active RRT, CRT, or RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

• Respiratory therapy experience, home healthcare, or DME background
• Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related science
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
