We are actively seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist (FLOAT) to join a large, nationwide hospital system in Eastern / Coastal Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to work across multiple locations, gain diverse clinical experience, and grow your career within a stable organization.

Position Details

• Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available
• Schedule: Night shifts (3 twelve-hour shifts)
• Float Role: Covers all 7 locations within our system in Eastern/Coastal Maryland
• Mileage: Reimbursed for travel between facilities

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate respiratory treatment plans
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
• Float between multiple hospital locations as needed to support patient care

Requirements

• Active Respiratory Therapy (RT) license in the state of Maryland
• Degree as a Respiratory Practitioner
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
• Ability to work a flexible FLOAT schedule across multiple facilities
