    Must be a graduate of an accredited respiratory care school. Illinois License as a Respiratory Therapist and RRT/CRT credential per NBRC

    You will provide respiratory care for adult patients, with occasional pediatric visits, managing therapies such as:

    • Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
    • Oxygen Therapy and Oxygen Conserving Device Evaluations
    • PAP Therapy
    • Cough Assist
    • Airway Clearance Therapies
    • Other high acuity Respiratory Therapy Equipment Therapies

    You will work and help patients manage how to live with conditions such:

    • Restrictive Thoracic Disorders
    • COPD
    • ALS /Neuromuscular Disease
    • Hypoventilation Syndrome
    • Pediatric Respiratory Disorders
    • Other complex respiratory conditions

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Educating patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and disease management.
    • Performing in-home equipment setups, follow-up visits, and clinical assessments.
    • Monitoring patient progress and communicating with physicians and the healthcare team.
    • Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
    • Helping patients remain safe at home while reducing avoidable hospitalizations.

    • Home care experience is a plus, but we welcome Respiratory Therapists who are eager to learn and are excited about making a difference outside the hospital setting.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
    • Current Illinois Respiratory Therapist License
    • CRT or RRT Credential (NBRC)
    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
