    Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Arris Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while addressing their specific respiratory needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual respiratory needs.
    • Manage ventilator settings and provide trach care for patients requiring advanced support.
    • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
    • Educate patients and families on respiratory health and home care techniques.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.

    Requirements

    • Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
    • Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification
    • Strong skills in patient assessment and critical thinking.
    • Knowledge of ventilator management and emergency medicine protocols.
    • Ability to work effectively with geriatric populations is a plus.

    Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

    Supplemental Pay:

    • Bonus opportunities

    • CRT (Required)
    • RRT (Preferred)
    • BLS Certification (Preferred)
