Pay & Benefits:- Hourly pay: $45$50/hour

What Youll Do:- Manage ventilation support for pediatric and ALS patients in a clinical setting
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory care procedures
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory devices and software
- Document patient interactions meticulously
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Provide on-call support to assist with ongoing patient needs
What You Need:- Active RRT or RN licensure in Massachusetts
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment and relevant software
- Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
