Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour (plus mileage reimbursement)
• Additional Compensation: Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and monitor ventilation patients with pediatric and ALS needs
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate advanced respiratory equipment
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory care and equipment use
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide on-call consultation support as needed
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and care plans

What You Need:

• Active RRT or RN licensure
• Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
• Proficiency with equipment download software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Deductive problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
