Aura Staffing Partners is hiring a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for a healthcare facility in Welch, West Virginia.

Pay Rate:

• $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Per diem
• Flexible shifts based on facility needs

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and treatments to patients of all ages.
• Assess patient respiratory status and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory procedures.
• Monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Current West Virginia Respiratory Therapist License
• Current CPR Certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
