Our Respiratory Therapists are part of the lifesaving response teams that assist during patient emergencies. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services! Join us in making a difference!

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | 12 hour Night Shifts
  • 2 weekends on, 1 weekend off | Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay starting at $41.62 per hour, pay determined by experience

  • Pay range: $38.79 - $58.19 per hour

  • Earn extra pay for working Night and Weekend shifts!

  • $12,000 hiring bonus OR $15,000 in student loan repayment and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from\u202fSt. Cloud Hospital and\u202frelocate to within 30 miles of it.\u202f
