Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents with respiratory conditions
- Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, inhalers, and other respiratory therapies
- Perform respiratory assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
- Ensure compliance with respiratory care policies and best practices
- Current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
