Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary:$95,000–$150,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Director of Respiratory Therapy for a permanent leadership opportunity in the Concord, New Hampshire area. This position offers competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to lead a Respiratory Care department within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the clinical and non-clinical operations of Respiratory Care Services
• Ensure high-quality patient care and departmental performance
• Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental resources
• Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance
• Manage departmental budgets and resources
• Lead program development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Develop and maintain clinical standards of practice
• Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, employees, and other departments
• Support hospital-wide initiatives, marketing efforts, and community programs
• Maintain current professional and clinical knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required
• New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License – Required
• 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience – Preferred
• Respiratory Therapy leadership, supervisory, management, or director experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, operational, communication, and leadership skills
