Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. The Respiratory Therapy Skills Laboratory Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Respiratory Therapy Program's skills laboratory by maintaining laboratory readiness, preparing equipment and instructional materials, supporting student learning activities, and assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory management. This position helps ensure a safe, organized, and effective laboratory environment that promotes student success and supports program accreditation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a healthcare, laboratory, simulation, technical support, educational, or respiratory care-related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to organize equipment, manage inventory, and follow detailed procedures.
• Ability to lift, transport, and move respiratory therapy equipment and supplies.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
