Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience to include critical care experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Some NICU experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Unit Details: Covers adult patients. Provides direct patient respiratory care treatments and assists with evaluating patients with respiratory illness. Includes respiratory therapy in various critical care units and the adult & pediatric emergency room, ventilator management, arterial blood gases, CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, aerosolized medications, code team participation, and computerized documentation.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
