Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience worked in the last 24 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Required Credentials: As of 1/1/2024 - All new and returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) or CPI -
Associate's in Accredited Respiratory Care Program
Special Requests: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Would consider 4x12 shift
Weekend and On-Call Requirements: TBD
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver's license required
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program - 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
