This position is responsible for the general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Welcome Center under the supervision of the Project Manager or designated Supervisor.2 Part-Time Positions. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm $13.00 hr. Days will vary.Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:General Maintenance
Grounds MaintenanceSolid Waste RemovalEmpty trash receptacles as needed and required per contractEmpty recycling containers as needed and as required by contractParking Lots / SidewalksSweep as neededPick up LitterRemove Snow on sidewalks as directed to ensure a safe and clear pathApply ice meltFlower Beds and Non-paved areasRemove LitterClean Picnic areasClean grillsBuilding Maintenance InteriorReplace light bulbs as requestedAll other maintenance needs as requestedJanitorial:Sweep and mop all support roomsSweep and mop lobbies, entrance ways and common areasClean all countertopsClean all fixturesClean windowsDust all desks, flat services, pictures, and walls, etc.Vacuum all carpeted areasEmpty garbage containers in office and common areasClean and disinfect sinks, urinals, toilets, etc.Fill paper towel and toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, etc.Clean and disinfect kitchen areaClean mirrors as neededStrip and wax floorsAll other Welcome Center needs
