Restaurant and Beverage Manager
Hotel Yellowstone is seeking a hands-on Restaurant and Beverage Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations for Olivia's Restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service, at our luxury, adults-only boutique hotel in Jackson Hole.
This role is suited to a strong floor leader with a warm guest presence, solid beverage knowledge, and a sharp focus on service, pacing, and team leadership. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, support the beverage program, lead the front-of-house team, and help ensure each dining experience reflects the standards of Hotel Yellowstone.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead daily operations for Olivia's Restaurant and room service
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining service
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service
- Coach and support front-of-house team members
- Oversee reservations flow, pacing, and guest experience
- Support beverage quality, presentation, and controls
- Partner with culinary and hotel leadership teams
- Uphold service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and elevated service
- Sommelier experience preferred
- Professional, calm, guest-focused leadership style
- Strong communication, organization, and team management skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
