What You'll Do:

• Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve service and performance goals
• Support front- and back-of-house execution while maintaining brand standards
• Help manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability
• Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability
• Step into a leadership role by motivating others and leading by example

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
• Experience supporting restaurant financials, cost controls, and operational goals
