The Opportunity

As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver an exceptional experience every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team
• Deliver exceptional, polished, and personalized guest service
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and restaurant execution
• Coach, train, and develop managers and team members
• Build a positive, accountable, people-first culture
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, premium seafood, wine, and beverage offerings
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
• Drive sales, productivity, labor management, and overall restaurant performance
• Be highly visible on the floor and lead by example during service
• Help identify and develop the restaurant's future leaders
