Seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to support high-volume, quick-service restaurant operations within a travel center.
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily management, staffing, coaching, and training team members.
- Help ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Fill in for the GM as needed and expedite food service.
- Create a positive work environment and direct team tasks.
- Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of food service management experience, and strong leadership skills.
