The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You aren’t just a "floor walker"—you are a leader who understands that great service is built on consistency, mentorship, and an eye for detail. You will work closely with the ownership to ensure our mission of "elevated comfort food" is delivered to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire front-of-house staff. Foster a culture of accountability, warmth, and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily shifts to ensure seamless service. Manage scheduling, floor assignments, and guest flow.
- Financial Stewardship: Monitor labor costs and inventory. Work with the culinary team to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of hospitality. Engage with regulars, handle feedback with grace, and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the restaurant meets all health department standards and safety regulations.

- Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Passion: A genuine love for food and a curiosity about Indian flavors and fusion concepts.
- Leadership Style: A "lead by example" mentality. You’re willing to jump behind the bar or run food when the team needs a hand.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities and fast-paced situations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern POS systems and reservation platforms.
