What This Food Service Role Entails

As a Restaurant Assistant, you will:

• Prepare the space for breakfast and lunch service
• Make simple, fresh items like salads and sandwiches
• Put away deliveries and restock dry goods
• Handle dishes, sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness
• Keep beverage stations filled
• Reset tables and help wherever needed

Your goal is to create a clean, welcoming environment that delivers a great dining experience.

• Basic knowledge of food safety rules and regulations
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
