Bammy's Modern Caribbean Restaurant at the Navy Yard is looking to hire a Manager.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Training staff.
- Leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Running all social media.
- Handling team conflicts.
- Streamlining operations.
- Hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction.
- Managing inventory.
- Managing finances.

Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience working in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, etc).
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is a plus.
