**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead daily operational shifts, from opening to closing.
- Collaborate with the team during peak periods to enhance service.
- Monitor and maintain quality food storage and preparation practices.
- Adhere to and enforce safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Train and empower team members, guiding them through menu specifics and best practices.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve operational efficiency and service consistency.
- Cultivate a welcoming and energetic environment for patrons and staff.
- Partner with management to address any operational challenges or opportunities.
