Congressional Country Club is also passionate about growing and developing others so that we may promote them from within.What will be expected of you:Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guestsMix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks to members and guests Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte diningEmpowerment to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occurAssist in closing functions by performing various tasks related to the restaurant barA flexible work schedule is expected, including working holidays, weekends, and special member events.
