Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout the meal
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make helpful recommendations
• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or support team
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while checking for guest satisfaction
• Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak breakfast periods
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling payments
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn menu items, service procedures, and house standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods
