We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and take orders
• Provide excellent customer service
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Upsell menu items and promotions
• Enter orders accurately into the system
• Communicate with restaurant staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
