Front of House Team Member (Customer Service / Cashier) - The Pinnacle Chick-fil-A

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a smile and take accurate orders as a cashier at the front counter or register.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system - strong cashier and customer service skills are a must.
• Answer questions about the menu and offer suggestions to help guests order with confidence.
• Address guest concerns quickly and effectively, delivering the level of customer service our restaurant is known for.
• Keep the front counter and lobby clean, organized, and well-stocked, following all restaurant sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and rest of the restaurant team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No previous cashier or restaurant experience necessary - we'll train you.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and working with a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment while staying positive under pressure.
• Adaptable, reliable, and hardworking.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
