What You'll Be Doing
As a Restaurant Cook, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality food our guests have enjoyed for generations.
- Prepare and cook fresh, delicious meals according to Russ’ recipes and quality standards.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, afternoon, and dinner shifts.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Keep your cooking station clean, stocked, and organized.
- Work together with fellow cooks and team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Help create a positive and productive kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant cooking experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
- Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturdays as scheduled.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help your teammates.
- Someone who takes pride in a job well done!
