The Ramsay's Kitchen Cook will assist in preparing and serving meals for Ramsay's Kitchen Restaurant & Bar, the Four Seasons Pool, 24/7 In-Room Dining, and the Spa Café. The kitchen embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards while operating under the "RamsayStandard," with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level culinary or hospitality environment. Positions range from Cook I to Cook III and are determined during the interview process. This role reports to the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine and is overseen by the Hotel's Executive Chef.

What you will do:

• Food Safety: Ensuring food is safe to eat by following proper storage, sanitation, and allergy guidelines, as well as labeling and dating procedures
• Preparation: Measuring ingredients, chopping and peeling vegetables, butting meat, and preparing food according to recipes provided by GRNA
• Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning food preparation areas, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
• Stock Management: Monitoring prep stock levels and communicating needs with prep team
• Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with neighboring stations to ensure food orders are served promptly and at the correct temperature

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques that support food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Culinary or Hospitality Degree or Certificate is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.
• The working hours will vary and may include mornings, days, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
