Responsibilities:

• Lead others towards executing our visions and goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Develop and oversee systems that impact food quality ,food safety, customer experience, and other areas of the business
• Develop current and future leaders
• Facilitate weekly meetings around business performance
• Conducting Interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (recommended)
• Availability for 8 to 10-hour shifts, weekends, and on-call duties
• 2 years of leadership experience required
• Passionate about Chick-fil-A
