Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities

As the Restaurant District Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for multiple restaurant locations while developing your General Managers and creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, and results.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their leadership teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across the district
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing restaurant leaders
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and identify future management talent
• Analyze P&Ls, labor, food cost, sales trends, and key performance metrics
• Establish clear expectations and hold restaurant leadership accountable for results
• Ensure exceptional guest service and consistent execution of company standards
• Partner with General Managers to improve underperforming restaurants
• Maintain strong food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Develop strategies to increase sales and strengthen restaurant profitability
• Support local store marketing and community involvement
• Create an engaging culture where managers and team members can succeed and grow
